I believe the PSNI do pay mileage allowance. I currently don't get that in the Met because we get an Oyster card.

Pension transfers by contacting your current pension provider and requesting to transfer it. PSNI are on the 2015 scheme now, so it should be the same as what you're on now. Contributions are 13.44%.

PSNI will contact your current force and request your personal record, which will include pay scale, annual leave entitlement, any skills which could be transferred.

Duty mileage is only for 2 years I believe! after that you don't get it unless you move station again! or something similar!
19K plus Northern ireland allowance (approx 2-3K) on start !
Of course then take away your pension contributions and your fed subscription etc etc.

Serving Officers "transferring" stay on their current pay scale plus the NI allowance.

You only get mileage if you are travelling to a station other than your normal one or if you are on overtime. These both have different rates.
