I don't work there myself but try giving Glassdoor a read they are good for these type of questions

    Is the internship paid?

Yes, but they hadn't disclosed the amount.

Doubt you'd know that in advance.

I used to work for them, found them fine. Got a bit bored in the end and felt I could progress more elsewhere so moved on, you are always at the mercy of what clients they have on board at a given time. Office culture/atmosphere was fine, management were fine, worked with some very talented people, pay was ok.

My husband used to work in that office and like you, found them grand. He stayed a couple of years, realised there was no progression and moved elsewhere. I don't recall him having any major issues or problems while he was there, so OP, it's probably a decent enough place to work. My husband is VERY fussy about where he works and gets fed up easily ;)
