Gerkros 50-70 Cosyman oil-fired boiler

    Hi all,

    I have a Gerkros 50-70 Cosyman oil-fired boiler which is located in the back garden. It supplements the indirect water storage cylinder located in the Hot Press in providing hot water in the dwelling.

    I've been thinking for a while now to get a Netatmo Smart Thermostat, but I am unsure whether the boiler I have is compatable with Netatmo.

    Energia is going a good deal at the momement. For 85 euro, you get a boiler service and a free Netatmo.

    So don't know if you can avail of it

    But any 240v switch (net enabled or not) will work on that appliance

    Thinking of getting a netatmo wireless thermostat myself. Have the same boiler with no thermostat currently. Looking to buy the product online and get someone to install.
    My question is - are you connecting it to the boiler itself or just to the on/off timer switch inside the house.
    Appreciate any help.

    It's connected through or in place of the current timer
