Hi, I worked in Specsavers for 5 years nearly and loved it. Saying that, every store has different director/directors, it is a type of franchising agreement, so every store is different.
It is a busy place and extremely customer focused.
Talk about how important it is to understand customers' needs, how you can go an extra mile, prepare some examples of how you handled challenging situations in the past and how you achieved great service.
You need to come across as friendly, approachable, understanding person that is ready to spend long time making sure a patient gets a product he would be happy with, whether it is a set of frames that suit them or lenses.
It is also a retail environment so be prepared to be asked about your experience selling stuff (upselling techniques, closing sales - read avout that).
    Good luck
