The races are at 19:30 (it's actually above in the table but I also had to look twice :) ).

You can turn up and pay on the night. Should be ok to show up a little early to register, warm-up etc. To find registration ask at ALSAA reception, they were in some changing room when I went along.

Enjoyed my mile debut. Made some rookie errors, but I'll do another. ;)

Is it just one race or a set of different graded races? Thanks.

Depends on how many show up, probably just the one mixed race.

Bah, forgot it was Jan 17th...

Will look at Feb. Do you pay at the door, as it were?

I'll nab you the next time! Will probably have to give tomorrow a miss in favour of training.

I'll probably forget and drive past on the M1...

Eh, what pace should I go at, mild enough?

If you're gonna race, race. 1 mile pace, or thereabouts :)

Good advice from Singer there :D

Throw your 5K time into the calculator and see what it says for the mile. I wouldn't bother looking at your watch though, go by effort and if you feel like you're going to lose your lunch in the last 200m then you're doing it right.
