    Hi i am actualky offered two jobs 10 hours in one and 20 hours in the other. Do i have to pay a lot of tax on that. I am getting the minimum wage.

    What a wonderfully informative thread title.

    30 hrs * 9.15 = 274.50 per week or 14,274 pa


    No income tax in Ireland until you earn 16,500 pa, assuming you are single.

    So no income tax due on 30hrs pw at min wage.

    You didnt ask about USC but keep an eye on it because in both jobs you will be under the threshold , but together if you earn 14,000 you will be liable for full whack .
