Hi, I have a company in the UK i had a rental property in the company there is money owing to the council for fee's going back 3 years ago the debt is now £550 the debt is registered to the company. I have sold the house but still have another house in the company. I cannot afford to pay the mortgage don't mind any bills. The debt collect bills are coming to my residence here in Ireland. Can these peruse me personally for this debit or could they close the company ?? any advice would be appreciated.

If the debt is registered to the company they will be able to attempt to recover the debt if a court judgement is issued. You would need to talk to someone who knows this area of UK law as to whether they can seize/sell a house for that level of debt; I would doubt it.
