It seems like a nice development and the area itself is very good - right at the Ashtown/Castleknock/Navan Road interface.
However, the development backs onto the Navan Road across from the Halfway house and the the sheer volume of traffic on that road day & night must be a noise issue for residents. If you're on the Blackhorse avenue side you should be ok though.
Still, you've the Phoenix park on your doorstep, there's a few good schools and you're close to at least 3 decent pubs. Supervalu & Tesco nearby, right on the main bus route to the city & the train nearby. Not too shabby!

Nice area but not Castleknock or Dublin 15.

Belleville is a lovely development. But it is located in Ashtown, Dublin 7, not Castleknock.
