    Hi all
My septic tank floods with rain water maybe three times over the winter. I am going to buy a pump, but not sure what to get, I have hired them over the last three years. Do I need a 110v(then I need a transformer as well)one or will a 240 be ok, what strength does it need to pump up the water the depth of the tank and then out ? Size of hose etc, i.e.would a 1" hose take for ever and a day to empty it? I prob use it to drain water from the top of slatted tank also ?
Anyone see one new/second hand on line that suits what I want? Or have bought one they would recommend?
