Tomorrow night in Ballymote - fast 5k on the streets of Ballymote. Starting at 8pm, it's a night mile with free head torches for first 160 entrants and high vis jackets. Tomorrow night in Ballymote - fast 5k on the streets of Ballymote.

Starting at 8pm, it's a night mile with free head torches for first 160 entrants and high vis jackets. It finishes up and is followed by an elite men's mile featuring John Travers, Alberto Sanchez and Richard Weir.

Loads for the kids too, Secondary school kids being given an opportunity to run with the elites.
