    My partner is currently looking for a job, he is late 30's with no qualifications. His current wage is abysmal. Anyone got ideas for what companies or where to look for a decent wage and/or training opportunities. We've tried the main job search engines. Tia

    I'm really unsure what answer you get expect from a couple of lines post. You don't get a decent wage without putting in some work.

    What skills has he got, what experience has he got, what area interests him? He has no qualifications, has he looked into getting some? What has he tried in the past?

    Why are you asking and not him?
    Is he happy where he is? money is not everything.

    Yep, I would say more information needed. Like what part of the country are you in and what kind of experience does he have.
