    Hi Leitbrook,

I did an interview prep with Carr Communications about 5 months ago. I thought they were quite good. I had an interview lined up so I was able to send them on the job spec in advance and they devised questions that may be asked and ran me through those. They take a video and then play it back highlighting where improvements could be made. It did highlight one main issue I had which I was then able to practice on and avoid in future.
I didn't get the job but it did provide me with a good basis on how to prepare for other interviews.
The only thing I'd say is that it didn't replicate the same nerves you may get in a real interview, 'cause you know its not the real thing. I'd nearly suggest trying to organise a mock interview with someone you know but mightn't feel that comfortable with in order to try and get the same atmosphere that exists in an interview situation....but maybe I'm over thinking it!

Hey, Just came across this thread – sounds like you would recommend Carrs. I have an upcoming competency based interview so though it might help to go for a session with them. Just wondering is it expensive?
