Hi all,

bought a samsung s5 on a well known auction site. Turns out it was american as AT&T apps and branding all over it. No real issue with that.
problem i seem to have is that i either get wonderful 4G coverage and download speeds or poor edge coverage. I know this is probably a network issue as with my S4 i had to force the unit to stay on WCDMA to ensure some continuity of data coverage.
Trouble with this S5 is the mobile network options of LTE/4G/WCDMA or WCDMA only of WCDMA/GSM are not available.
I'm guessing this is not standard for the unit.
Anyone know is it possible to get these options back or have i made a poor purchase ?
