Logitech Harmony Hub remote control conflict

I have 2 of the same android boxes(Matricom MX2) set up on different hdmi externals but whicheve box im pressing directions on its making simultaneous directions on the other box. Is there any way to have the control operate on just the hdmi external you are on only?. Panasonic Viera tv.
