It's been far too long since we got our runners mucky and spent hours slaving over a hot stove baking goodies to bring for post run refreshments, and of course, there's Adrians' coffee.... .

So, who's in? It's post DCM and won't clash with any Dubs matches (I hope!!) so would love to see lots of marathoners there too enjoying a nice easy sociable run, all levels and abilities welcome! Meeting point as per the last one will be at the Dart Station in Howth, I can't remember the full distance (around 8 miles?). Possible start time 10 or 11am if that suits. I know it's a bit away yet but no harm in lots of advance notice so ye can stick it in the (very busy) calendars

Sounds like fun . Not sure what state I'll be in in early november but if I'm back running and feel up to it I'll give it a go . Put me down as a maybe .

Looks like I'll have to drop out of this. We have first aid training that day, pretty much all day so will miss out on this.

Just found out on Wed, have rearranged fixture we missed before summer brake
So will be on coaching duties Saturday, thought season would be well over
by now, so will have to bow out if still on.

I am wussing out - for a noble cause though, going to try pacing at my local parkrun for the first time. Hopefully the Christmas drinks thread will work out better
