    No. You will have to put the appropiate priced postage stamp on the envelope.

    It depends on your luck. A lot of the time the letter would actually not be flagged and get processed and sent onto the uk.

    If however you are unlucky, they will open the letter and if there is no clue of a return address, it will most likely be destroyed.

    I assume you have a prepaid label? If there is a cross printed through the box where the stamp should be then it is covered from Ireland to the UK. (It was recently anyway). Double check with the Post Office and remember to get proof of postage.
