Are hotels strict on ID??

    Im a few months away from turning 18 so I'm still only 17 and I need to stay in a hotel by myself, do hotels usually ask for IDs or do they care??

    You don't need an ID to stay in a hotel.

    Unless you look like an unaccompanied child. They will question that I reckon!

    But if you are 17, and look like a 17 year old then you should be ok.

    Hi OP - The best thing to do is to contact the hotel and ask if it's possible. Different places have different rules.
