I saw someone last month posted Cillian Willis is taking an action against Sale Sharks last month. Jamie Cudmore seems to be following suit - could we see the floodgates open? Similar scenario to that of the NFL payout??…

I was listening to them talking about this on Off the Ball last night and it sounds like the club didn't follow the in game concussion test protocols or the return to play protocols and this is where the problem is.

He failed the tests and the Doc told him he wasn't going back on, then came back and said someone was injured and he was needed to go back on.

Bizarre stuff really.
