Are there any shops in Sligo where you dump your old clothes and get €€€?

I'm just wondering because I've seen one in John St but was unable to get the mobile number as it totally went out of my head.

Did anyone ever had any good experiences in that shop I mentioned or are there any other shops in Sligo that does that service also?

    Thanks!

Most of the time not worth your time and petrol to get it there - unless you have tones of that-they will check it and take what they want:)You have one close to Adelaide Casino second close to Sligo Abbey.

I agree with Loki7777. Lot of effort for the returns paid - Ive seen some places as low a 50 cent per kilo. Better off just bringing the good stuff to the charity shops and dumping the poor stuff in the recycling bins. Some of the charities transfer the material into oil clothes for Garages...

I agree with this. Better of dropping it off at a charity shop, or what I used to do, put it into one of the fabric bins dotted around the place. Waiting around while they pick what they want and getting 3/4 euro for a few bags of old clothes while you're left to re-bag and get rid of all the stuff they didnt want! Wouldn't bother again.

Agreed. I went to the place beside the casino once. I had a load of stuff to get rid of. I got about 20e for 6 ot 7 big black bags of stuff. Some of the most bad mannered people I ever had to deal with. EVer since I give anything good to charity.

Thanks guys for your help, it's a pity since a good bit of money would be good but it seems that's the way it goes with places like them everywhere .
