Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Got my cert after the course. Took an hour and was handed it on the way out the door.

You don't get a card for manual handling just a Cert which is handed to you on completion of test

Some seem to get it on the day - others wait for it in the post. I got mine eventually.
