    Looking for a portrait of my baby's hand, can anybody recommend an artist.

    Pick a style first... allot of these type of tattoos seem to turn out really bad... You may only want a small sysmbolic tattoo, but I would plan to spend a bit more and chose a very good artist. If it's a tribute to your child, you should get the best tribute possible... otherwise it goes against the original sentement.
