    Just say you got one of these and the Car registration was wrong, would that be grounds to get it dismissed?

    In my purely hypothetical situation, the name and address of the speed demon would be right, just the registration of car would be wrong.

    From what I've heard, the District Judge will simply order the clerical error corrected at the hearing. Search for similar queries in the legal discussion forum. The general consensus is that typos and so forth don't really get you out of anything.
