What course to choose in undenominated engineering?

    I an currently a first year engineering student in NUI Galway. I am confused as to what course to pursue after the first year. Here are the current choices available to me:

    -Civil Engineering
    -Electrical and Electronic Engineering
    -Mechanical Engineering
    -Electronic and Computer Engineering
    -Biomedical Engineering
    -Computer Science and Information Technology
    -Energy Systems Engineering
    -Project & Construction Management

    Which engineering will be good for the future? I'm interested to do any of the options, but I don't know which one to choose.

    What have you liked so far? You are only in week 4 of first term so don't be overly worried about picking choice now.
    When do you actually have to make the choice?
