Immigration: Forgot to notify INIS about change of address

    4 years ago, I forgot to notify INIS about changing of address but I have notified the local Immigration Office(GNIB) about the new address. And now I need to apply for extension for Stamp4- EU Fam , so for sure INIS will be notify with the new address. What are the circumstances for not notifying the INIS, they may considered it as an offence?
