I can't seem to find any currently active amateur drama groups in Cork who run weekly classes... Anyone able to let me know of any?

Not sure if the amateur drama groups are the best place to find weekly lessons. Maybe evening courses through the local universities.

But to find out current active drama groups you might want to look at the recent one act festival groups on http://www.dli.ie/oneactfestivals.htm or the proposed three act festival listings to identify active groups and maybe get some contact information.

Blue Hat Productions won their section this year but they are Blarney rather than Cork city but they might be able to steer you towards people that might support workshops etc. Good luck with it.
