Can anyone in Waterford City help and let me know if Vodafone is a good option in the City center. Looking around for Broadband and TV and this seems to be in my price range but don't know how reliable they are. Can anyone help please.

Vodafone's xDSL offering, like (all) the others uses the Eir infrastructure.
The city center and east towards the hospital should be served from the main exchange behind the GPO. For 'fiber' you want to find the closest cabinet to your location and hope that's the one you're connected to.

The city center is also cabled, so VM is also an option to consider if you have not made up your mind.

Vodafone's offering broadband + appears to be priced the same as VMs offering: 40/mo for half the year then 80/mo after that but do consider all your options before settling with either one, both come with contracts.
