Hi there,

I was setting up and ET8500 satellite receiver for a mate and it was connected to an E-Motion LCD TV that he bought in Aldi.

The remote for the ET8500 was interfering with the TV, hitting certain buttons like OK or the green button would switch the AV input, change the volume, switch it off or generally messed about..

Is there a way to change the frequency of the ET8500 remote or somehow prevent the E-Motion TV from picking it up?

It's a bit of a disaster for him currently, he cat use the receiver really without it switching to another HDMI input or something..
