Hi folks I have a 3 ton Terex mini digger 2007. It has never given me any trouble but over the last few weeks I started to notice that it is losing power when it comes under pressure. I also have to keep the revs higher than normal to do simple jobs with it. I have changed the oil and fuel filter and the engine sounds fine when it is ticking over. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. There is only 600 hours on this machine

    Any black smoke?
Has the air filter been changed?
    Radiator blown out.
Possibly dirt in fuel lines .
We had a loading shovel which went down on power occasionally. Dirt caught at banjo fittings in fuel pipes restricting flow.
    Water drained from water trap?

when you say loosing power, do you mean the engine is loosing power, or the hydraulic system is loosing power.

I assume you have checked hydraulic oil level. have hydraulic filters been changed recently?
