Broadband instalation

    I am having westnet broadband installed soon.
    It will be a dish on the house and a cable run inside.
    I have seen some pretty messy instalations and want to avoid this.

    My question is;

    I have an un used phone line in and have no intention of getting another home phone. Can the existing connection on the gable be used to bring the bb to inside the house? I understand it will mean different sockets inside but the wires are already there just not in use?
