    Is there any pay as you go gyms in the city ? I'm up for a stag and a good workout in the morning would set me up for the day tomorrow

    While I am sure that most would accommodate you, I know for sure that Warehouse Gym do a day pass for €9.

    Where are you staying? gives us a better idea of gym to recommend. As above though, cant recommend the Warehouse enough, great gym and have used their Pay as ya Go a few times since I moved and stopped being a full time member.

    Leisureland in Salthill have a pay as you go gym. You could be super cheeky and try and wangle a free guest pass for one of the hotel gyms- radisson springs to mind.
