Syfy has released a new trailer for their upcoming series Incorporated, executive produced by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.

Set in a near future where corporations have unlimited power, Incorporated centers on Ben Larson, a young executive who conceals his true identity to survive as a company man. However, when a shocking turn of events forces him to stick his neck out and compromise his position, Ben discovers that climbing the corporate ladder is a game with deadly consequences.

The series stars Sean Teale (Reign), Golden Globe nominee Dennis Haysbert (24), Emmy Award winner Julia Ormond (Mad Men) as Elizabeth, Allison Miller (Terra Nova) as Laura and Eddie Ramos (Teen Wolf) as Theo.

Incorporated premieres November 30, 2016 at 10/9c on Syfy.

This started on Wednesday.... I enjoyed the pilot a lot. Another very good SyFy show.

    The future is depressing. :)

There's some good things to the show, pilots are always messy given how much they have to establish, there was enough there to get me to tune in next week.
There were the usual problems with sy-fy channel shows though. They clearly spent some cash on the show and yet it still feels cheap, the show really needs a Terry Gilliam or Ridley Scott asthetic (cliche perhaps) the direction, cinematography and design feel very 'TV'. Ok, the show is TV, but if the last few years of 'TV's golden age' have taught us anything, it that just because it's on the small screen doesn't mean it needs to feel small screen.

With digs about 'Canadian boarder walls' and corporate 'firings' there is a clear attempt at social satire going on, but the commitment to that felt half hearted, but as I said, it's only the pilot so you have to give it a chance.

My main issue with the show was the feeling that I'm not watching anything that GATTACA, Brazil or Bladerunner hasn't done before and better. It does feel a bit derivitive. I could have also done without the whorey old 'can he download a file off his bosses PC before he returns to his desk, while we watch the percentage coppied slowly increment' cliche. It's always a bad sign when they break that out, breaking that cliche out in the first episode makes me nervous. Like I said though, there's enough there to give the show a go.

How is this fairing? Hate picking up shows that get cancelled straight away.

It's watchable rather than unmissable. I'm up to date apart from last night's episode. It needs to evolve past the 'find the girl' storyline which isn't particularly interesting.

Last week's episode was pretty good though...

Cancelled, unfortunately. It really hit a great stride in later episodes.
