Would like to clarify if a man from Nigeria had a child with an Irish woman without being on birth cert would it automatically quality him for Irish citizenship? Or if he left woman and child alone who is eligible for maintenance payments?

You'll receive an email regarding those payments shortly, you usually need to give them all your bank details and they'll forward the money then,g'luck.

Would another area be better for this question?

I'm not sure Ireland can chase people in Nigeria for child support

Being the father of an Irish child doesn't qualify him for citizenship.

You need to be careful. The Citizenship bureau is staffed entirely by lizard people. They are planning to colonise us.

    Jonathan.

When Goodluck Jonathan became an Irish citizen he changed his name to G'luck Jonathan.

    No

If paternity is proven then a court can order maintenance payments based on his wealth.

To access the wealth, the court must provide full bank account details, plus an otherwise blank sheet of A4 paper with the authorised person's signature at the bottom of the page. This is so the wealth transfer can be initiated.

    Sorry for god English.

The Ministry of Appropriations require these items purely as a matter of formality and as a demonstration of goodwill.

Definitely a scam. The currency in Uganda is the shilling. Not the dollar.

    Definitely shilling.

Can't quite see the angle, but I'd buy twenty for a pound. Minus commission, of course... Or off-course.
