Small Claims Online Procedure ?

    Not going into detail bout my case but can someone explain how the small claims works ?

    I applied online (first time)

    and so far its like this :

    Date Filed - Event Description - Days - Filing Status
    21 Sep 2016 - Claim Issued - 1 - No Filing To View
    20 Sep 2016 - Claim Approved - 2 -No Filing To View
    13 Sep 2016 - Claim Submitted - 9 -No Filing To View
    13 Sep 2016 - Case Preparing - 9 -No Filing To View

    I payed the 25e fee yesterday

    What does claim issued mean and will I have to appear in court or will they sort it for me ?

    Sorry not familiar with court services or how proceedings go :confused:

    If someone has done this before or has knowledge it would be of great benefit to me :)
