Sasmuns Blu Ray play BD E5500 won't read USB

    Just wondering does anyone know how to get this working?
    Recently put some movies onto an external hard drive from my laptop and my samsung blu ray player says no USB device is connected?

    Have used both a normal external 1tb and one with its own power source, also both drives are formatted to Fat32?

    Is there a limit to the size of files this bluray can playback?

    Also type at the top of thread, Samsung*

    Just an update tried an 8gb flash drive and its reading that fine?? but won't read any HDD at all?
