TAX owed and Credits

Was self employed from 2008 - 2011 but didn't pay any tax. Filed returns but didn't pay the tax ( they came looking for me in 2013 but didn't have my address (I moved).

Fast forward to now and I had to de-register as being self employed to get a p21 to apply for a grant because I never de-registered before and they thought I was still self employed. So had to give them my new details.

Was working in 2015 and receiced a p21 for that.

The p21 showed they owed me 70 quid.

Next I got a letter saying I owed 300 quid for 2010 and the 70 kocked off it so now owing 230.

Logged onto paye online and under 2015 it says:

    paye tax credit: 1650
    personal tax credit: 1650

Gross relief due. Under both of these it says "Claimed"

    My question is:

Are they going to send me letters saying I owe for the other years 2008, 2009, 2011?

Does the 1650 get knocked off what I owed??
