For the last while we have been having issues, I know there are upgrades going on. We are based in Midlands and pay just over €40 per month.

We may only have connectivity 1 day out of every 3. We are still being charged full amount, they are extremely hard to get a hold of on the phone, when you do contact them after waiting 30mins or more they send u straight to sales who try and upgrade you but obviously at higher cost.

In fairness to them it's been pretty decent in last couple of years but lately our connection has been rendered redundant, whether this has been caused by these upgrades or not I'm not sure.

We are under contract and they are still collecting their 40euro per month even though we have no Internet access. It's flipping between being completely gone and having snail paced access and speed.

I've never encountered anything like their tech support, sales and account support over the phone it's as bad as I've ever seen and I'm not to hard to please in fairness. They are just content to pass the Buck and have you bouncing around between their support teams maybe in terms hope that you hang up.

My own understanding is that the upgrades have affected our ability to get a signal, therefore surely we can no longer be expected to carry out the contract for a non existent service?

Tell them if they don't sort you out by the week-end, that you will cancel the DD and instruct your bank not to honour any re-submits by them. You need to play hardball with them, otherwise they'll string you along.
