I know this likely won't appeal to the masses as there are no hills (of note) and it's a shorter distance, but my local pub are running a charity cycle in aid of their cancer care charity this coming Saturday, 24th September.

It starts at 10am in the Willows Pub (Willow Park Crescent, Glasnevin/Ballygal/Finglas/delete as necessary). It's about 60km out to Balbriggin (I think) and back.

I've been promised that there'll be a stop off in the White House on the way home.

There's no cost to enter, just sponsorship money goes towards the charity.

I'm doing it so that I can figure out if anyone in my area cycles and would let me tag on to their spins over the winter :)
