how much wriggle room is there

i had a falling out with someone more than ten years ago , we both went to court and i lost due to staggering incomeptance on my solicitors fault and my not having the cop on to appeal , something happened on this persons property ( a theft ) not so long ago and i was asked by the guards whether i knew anything about it , i dont know what this person told the guards but i had nothing to do with it but there was no one who could vouge that i was home that particular night and could not really prove i had nothing to do with it were it to go to court

theoretically could i be summonsed ?

probable cause etc due to previous with this person
