Difference between New Entrant and Existing Member

    I recently got my Annual Benefit Statement.

    It has a confusing entry......

    New Entrant: Existing Member
    (min retirement age of 65)

    I started work in the late 90's

    I was sure I could retire at 60, but this entry confuses me.
