Will keep it short. Here is my week -

    1. Mon - REST
    2. Tues - intervals w/club
    3. Wed - easy run
    4. Thurs - progression/tempo w/club
    5. Fri - rest/easy run
    6. Sat - some sort of speed thing, hills etc. w/club
    7. Sun - Long Run

Here's my dilemma. I can't get a run in Sunday due to a long day in work, I could fit a shorter one maybe. But I need to do the LR Monday which leaves me running a LR Mon and then intervals Tuesday w/club, 2 hard session back to back.

So my weeks actually looks like this -
    1. Mon - Long Run
    2. Tues - intervals w/club
    3. Wed - easy run
    4. Thurs - progression/tempo w/club
    5. Fri - rest/easy run
    6. Sat - some sort of speed thing, hills etc. w/club
    7. Sun - easy run

A recipe for disaster/injury? For instance I did 20m last night. Feel fine today, but are intervals tonight an awful idea? Only need to keep this up till DCM.

    Thx

That would be too many hard days in a week for me. I would keep today easy and leave the rest of the week as is.

Alternatively you could look at possibly doing the intervals on Thursday instead of a tempo run.

Yeah. I guess what's the least beneficial to my marathon training at this stage. Intervals or tempo run?

Just move long run to Saturday and leave rest as is.
