I recently 'upgraded' to this from a HTC Desire 500, not the HTC Desire 510.

The micro simcard was made into a 'nano' simcard in the shop for me by the nice man behind the counter - thanks carphone warehouse.
    All apps work as expected.
Now the 'Achilles Heel' of the HTC 825

    - Camera.

Stated to be 13 Megapixels for the main camera. The reason I am so unhappy is that while the HTC Desire 500 had only an 8 megapixel camera - the resulting images were better. In fact I liberally used images from the HTC Desire 500 in my book that I got published from Lettertec who said the images "looked stunning". I concur.

Alas, regarding the images from the HTC Desire 825, I just can't get the same quality images and don't know what is going on. Yes, I did perform the firmware upgrade the other day for this device, but it made no difference to photos - the HTC Desire 500 was also superior with recording videos.

It would be interesting if you did buy a HTC Desire 825, to see what you think of it.
