Hey, thinking about selling on Ebay for the first time in about 10 years. It seems I only pay fees if it sells now. But if they pay using paypal I pay more fees on top of that success fee.
So if I only allow them to use Credit card, will I pay less fees?

how do you propose to process the credit card payment? any card processor would add their own fees. On top of that any buyer would lose the protection of paying by paypal. For me i would never pay an ebay seller by credit card. there are no positives to it from a buyers point of view.

Paypal fees are 3.4% + €0.35 EUR, which can be fairly substantial. A bank wouldn't charge that much to process it?
Fair enough on the buyer protection.

do you have a merchant account with a card provider? do you expect to do enough business to justify this? If not then accept the paypal fees as the cost of doing business on eBay and adjust your prices accordingly.
