Samsung note 7 recall with 3 HELP!!!!!

    Hi in brief my boyfriend preordered a note 7 they have recalled them due to the battery. He returned it to 3 store as they advised on 8th sept and that the roll out of new phones would start on 19th. Called 3 today and they haven't a clue!!! Told him he should get a refund!!! He's going mad with 3 anyone out there in similar situation that actually got an answer.
