Hi, I'm wondering if anyone could help me troubleshoot my Ariva 153 Combo set top box? I went into menu to run updates as it was quite slow and hadn't had a firmware update since I bought it last year. I went into Menu----Update by Network----Http----Start. Once it had finished, it switched itself off and came back on again itself. This time all channels were gone and the option to scan satellites were ghosted out? Although terrestrial channel search is still available. I have the USB allcode+bootloader upgrade also which I uploaded first but didn't appear to make any differences although the version is newer. If anyone could help please, thanks in advance☺

Try looking at the satellite list and select astra 2 , a heart symbol should appear beside it .
