AKA Bryan Cranston with perhaps more hair than he's had in a while.

The tone of this is fairly tongue and cheek early on until Cranston goes deeper undercover. Jason Isaacs has about 3 scenes, Amy Ryan - similar. Good performances from others in the cast too. Compared to Netflix's Narcos we are more so on the outer layers of Pablo Escobar's operation, to a degree. It doesn't really give the game away at any stage, though there's little in the way of surprises.

Some of the financial stuff was a little hard to follow and there are quite a few spinning plates. It's quite stylish, once or twice that's I was largely concentrating on. Thought it was pretty good overall, but lacking something to really make it stand out. No eye rolling moments, certainly. Pretty well-attended too.

    Is this a limited release?

My local odeon isn't showing it

Assuming entertainment.ie is accurate, it's in Omniplex Limerick and Showtime Cinemas.

Yup, noticed that too. I get free Odeon tickets every month via Meteor Goodies so that's a pain.

Not really a great film. Not sure if it's worth going to the cinema for. Wait for dvd.

Enjoyed this a lot, Cranston plays the part well. Pretty cool true story too.

Well I just watched it. As a fan of retro cinema (70s & 80s) I have to say I was very disappointed. Considering the cast and director I expected a lot more. Cranston can do no wrong by me but you work with what you are given I suppose. Its a movie of the week on TV. Definitely no Boogie Nights or American Psycho.

Watched this the other night and it's ok but kinda disappointing considering the cast and not a patch on Netflix's Narco's. Cranston is great as usual but feels wasted in this as there is a made for TV feel to this film.

Very disappointing movie because I expected so much from it, Cranston is excellent as in in fact most of the cast but there's no real cohesion to it, it's quite confusing at times and ultimately none of it really hangs together in any credible way.

Some excellent individual scenes but it all amounts to a sub-standard film. I really wanted to like it but it's very much a 5/10 for me.

Also, despite the big fuss made by our own media, Tom Vaughan Lawlor is barely in it - so little that it's not really even possible to seriously gauge his performance.

I enjoyed it but yes it could have been a spectacular film if done right.

Poor, really poor. Cranston is great, he can do no wrong in my eyes but it plot was badly executed. TVL barely had a part in it.
