Hi,
I searched already through previous posts regarding buying a new look item online and whether you could return it to an Irish store and people said you could but the last post was about a year ago. So I asked on their facebook page and they said no you have to return it by post. Is this right? Has anyone returned an item lately?

I would hazard a guess that the company themselves will give a more accurate answer than what anyone on here could tell you.
If you want to validate the answer from their fb page then perhaps call or email them to check?

Sorry for posting in the bargain alert forum. I am sorry I don't know how to fix this.
Also If I wanted to phone new look or email them, Do you not think I would have done so before posting. I have previously been told incorrect information from staff so was hoping someone would have up to date experience. Previously people have been very helpful on this forum.

You can return clothes bought online to any store. I've done it many times, no hassle. They'll refund to the card used online for the initial transaction.
