22nd, 29th Sept and 6th October we are holding a 3 part self-help seminar in the Maldron Hotel Cork, from 7-9 pm. Admission is FREE. We will help sufferers identify triggers and symptoms and manage pain with information on the latest medical and complementary therapies on offer for this debilitating condition that affects 1 in 7 people.
