Recurring, extremely painful neck inflammation. Very bad tonight, womdering what to do. Is it possible to get a painkiller injection anywhere? The idea of going to an A&E isnt feasible, couldnt sit there for 5-10 hours, and painkillers aremt workimg, any ideas? : (
