I would try those magic eraser sponges.

    White spirit might help too.

Where would you get them, wouldn't white spirits leave damage to the tile

My husband painted our kitchen doors recently, leaving loads of specks of paint on the glass door panels and floor tiles. He just skimmed them off when they had dried with the edge of a blade.

    Cif should lift them.

dealz often have the sponges. Cif would likely work too. Or toothpaste (all these things are basically abrasive).

Unless your tiles are unusually delicate a little white spirit shouldn't cause any damage. If you put an awful lot on, it might damage the grout a little, but I think the tile would be fine. If you are in any doubt do a test somewhere inconspicuous. Certainly, white spirits is not good on other types of surface.

The abrasive methods do cause a minuscule amount of damage to the tiles.
