    Hi all,

I consider moving to Royal canal park and looking for a good primary school in the area.

I'm in favour of Educate together type or not strictly catholic primary school. I would also prefer mixed boys and girls and the school that helps developing skills and interests like sports club, languages etc.

How is Pelletstown ET school? What is the level of teaching and teachers comparing to other primary schools in Dublin? Could anyone share feedback good or not so good and if you know - maybe recommend a different primary school in the area?

    Thanks

To the best of my knowledge the school is in existence since August 2015 , so it's hard to say much about it . Many new schools don't take older children and start with infants only. You should check with the school what their policy is.

Primary schools can no longer teach other languages such as French etc. during the school day as the DES did away with that initiative.

Hey Guys, sorry for bumping up this old thread, but we have decided to buy a house in Royal Canal Park, and wondering if anyone has any views on Pelletstown Educate Together. Our little one will be starting school in 2019, and want to get views on good primary schooling in this area.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

    Thanks
